Is the lettering printed or embroidered?
Embroidered. The chest lettering and the AM monogram on the left sleeve are stitched, not printed — so they last wash after wash.

How do I wash it?
Turn inside out, machine wash cold (max. 30 °C), tumble dry low, do not iron directly on the embroidery, do not dry clean.
